The #ITSNOTOK #Breakthebias Roundtable is co-hosted by the SVAI and Mercedes-Benz

The SVAI and the GBVF #ITSNOTOK movement, in collaboration with Mercedes-Benz South Africa, is celebrating International Women’s Month by shining the light on our LGBTQIA+ community in the hope that we can #breakthebias and prejudice that so unfairly exists against this group of fellow human beings.

Join us during the roundtable discussion and learn more about how our own conscious and unconscious bias affect others. Hear how important diversification and inclusion is not only in society but also in the workplace. Our panelists will be sharing their experiences focusing on bias, our language, the assumptions we so often make and what difficulties our LGBTQIA+ people face day in and out and how we can help to #breakthebias.
