We can no longer afford to assume that Gender Based Violence (GBV) is only a societal issue.

Groundbreaking research, conducted by a collaborative made up of the Shared Value Africa Initiative, University of Johannesburg, Mid Sweden University and KMPG SA, and led by Prof. Corne Davis (University of Johannesburg), will be released on 11 August.

The report will share staggering information on the real impact of GBV on the South African economy, as well as perceptions shared by leaders and employees.

The event, which will be led by political analyst, broadcaster and writer Eusebius McKaiser and co-hosted with the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, will be live-streamed on 11 August.
