Lizeka Dlepu is Head of Sustainability at Enel Green Power Southern Africa. She previously worked as a BBBEE Specialist and Transformation Manager responsible for promoting and driving transformation as a strategic business imperative through a clear BBBEE programme.

Lizeka started her career in Human Resources where she owned an HR consulting firm, and later joined the civil service as an HR Director. She is an Independent Non-Executive Director of the South African Civil Aviation Authority.
