Regis is the cofounder & Director at CARL Group and Vice chairman at Rwanda Chamber of young entrepreneurs at Private sector Federation of Rwanda. He first brought about what was at first regarded as a “crazy idea”, the idea of making pastries out of sweet potatoes – something later proven to be possible, and where CARL Group stemmed from/ www.carlgroup.org . Regis identifies himself as having an entrepreneurial eye; and an ambitious, patient and optimistic person. Regis hold a Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness and Agricultural Economics at the University of Rwanda.
